    I was going to upgrade my account, but decided not to last minute. I have a charge for $1 on my account, but it wasn’t ‘Fully processed’ I guess, and there is now a -$1 charge under pending. Does this mean I was never charged?

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any transactions at all on your account. Did you try to buy the upgrade with this username?

    In some cases we would verify that a card is valid by making a $1 charge and then immediately refunding it. If that’s what happened in this case the charge should disappear from your statement in a few days. But there isn’t even stored payment details on this WordPress.com account you’re posting as, so I doubt that that charge came from us.
