    Hello I was billed 99$ for a site that I closed ‘creativeblockshop.com’. I never received the refund I was promised from wordpress.

    Hi there,

    According to your account logs you never requested a refund, but instead disputed the charge with your bank, as we also told you in the email we sent you on 16 September 2016. Chargebacks can only be refunded if you cancel the dispute via your bank, otherwise you are refunded by your bank.

    I checked your account and it does appear that you cancelled your dispute, so I have processed the refund. You can see a receipt for it in your billing history page:

    You should receive the refund in about 10 business days.
