  Hello, I am not sure why I was just charged $122.28 for hosting by WordPress. I would like to speak with someone about this ASAP and determine how to move forward from this. Please send me an email a (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I cannot for the life of me find a way to contact wordpress as an organization, they seem to have the billing part figured out, the customer service not so much. If someone knows of an email or phone number that doesnt hang up on you (1-877 273-3049 reads you an automated message and hangs up), please let me know. Also if there is somewhere we can rate the quality of the customer service for this company that would be great to know as well.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

  Based on the amount, it’s most likely the annual renewal fee for our Premium Plan plus a standard domain name. But the mjbarbac0b39af689a username you used to post here doesn’t own any sites and has never bought any upgrades from us, so without more information that’s as much as I’m able to tell you.
