  the statement of payment is going to the wrong email address. I can not find it to change it. Can you help please?

  Hi there,

  There are no history of charges under the account you are contacting us from, so it must be under a different account/username and corresponding email. In order to access the statement of payment, you must log into the account associated with the charges.

  If you do not know that information, please let me know the domain URL associated with the statement of payment and I’ll try to find the account on this end.

  I found the account here the statements are located.

  What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
