    I was just recently billed for an account that I thought had been cancelled. When I reviewed the ‘purchases’ in youregards menu, it said that I had no plans to cancel and no receipts of payment, though my bank account was charged. I would like to have my account cancelled and the charge reversed. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
