Hi there! I was unaware that I was going to be automatically billed again for I am assuming premium blog for $129. I would like to undo this as I really can’t afford it at the moment. Please let me know what I need to do to have this reversed. Thanks.

Hi –
It looks like you’ve disputed the charge with your bank. Once you cancel the dispute we can issue a refund.

I have only opened a case with paypal which I can’t close until this is resolved. ?? Please advise.

Hey there – You’ll want to reach out to PayPal and ask them to cancel the dispute. You should be able to ‘resolve’ it on your own. There’s a small time window in which they can do this. Once the dispute is canceled from their side we can issue the refund.

The dispute was successfully closed and I was able to issue the full refund of A$129.00. You should receive these funds within 10 days.

How do I contact someone to get refunded for a charge? I never knew this was a recurring charge. I think an email should be sent out prior to rebilling to eliminate all this confusion. How can I contact Wrodpress?

Hello colormeteen – We do send multiple emails to let you know about the renewal ahead of time. Those emails are delivered to the address listed on your account at wordpress.com/me/account/ I’ll be happy to help out. The username that you have contacted us from here in the forums does not have any upgrades connected to it.
My guess is that you have more than one user account. Can you share the site URL? I should be able to locate it that way.
