  Hello!
  I want to upgrade my account to the premium subscription, but I have one problem.
  I need to have the VAT number of my institution and also the VAT number of WordPress (for accounting purposes).
  Is there anyway you can help me?

  If you’re located in the EU or UK, you will be able to add VAT details to your profile and download the VAT receipt from there. Here you’ll find more details:
