Hey there, it looks like you had previously cancelled the domain, but not the plan, and then you were able to cancel the plan a few days ago after you had been billed for renewal.

I decided to see if the refund receipt went out, and accidentally sent the original receipt to you instead. Sorry about that! You weren’t billed again. The refund is being processed. You’ll see that in your statements within the next several business days. Cheers!
