  so if I start a subscription now (the business one) my card will not be charged anything right now, it will only be charged at the end of the year?

  All upgrade Plans are billed annually, in full, in advance.

  If you are unsatisfied with your upgrade plan, you have a 48-hour window on domain name registrations and a 30-day window on everything else to request a refund. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
