  I decided to cancel my personal plan and I was charged on March 29 I just canceled it again and I would like a refund because I don’t want to use a domain or a personal plan could you please confirm that this will be canceled on my account.

  I’ve checked your account and can confirm there are no longer any active plans — I’ve also issued a refund. You can view a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  Refunds usually take 7-14 days to process and show up on your statement.
