  I decided to use Premium account. It is written to be paid $8.25 per month. Is it possible to be paid each month $8.25 or it has to be paid per year $99.

  All the paid plans are billed annually, there are no monthly options available, there is a 30 day Refund policy, which can enable you to refund, if you have any problems with the plans.
