  Hello,

  I have a $100 charge from WordPress that posted yesterday. I assumed this was a renewal fee and went to Purchases to cancel and request a refund, but there is nothing listed in Purchases and according to my billing history I have not been billed since December 2015. I would like to cancel whatever service accrued this charge and need to speak with a representative of WordPress who can assist me with a billing issue.
