  I was billed $36.00 Two times on 05.17.2017 for my account ending in 8940. These charges are not authorized. Why was I charged at all and why was I charged two times? How often is this going through my account?

  Which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about, please?

  How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

  Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

  I have a website that is managed by yoursiteneedsme.com my website is parkcityutahhomes4sale.com.
  I shouldn’t be charged for a wordpress site because I pay for it through my website builder company.

  Can you lookup what these charges were for. Please cancel them and refund the money.
