I am tagging this thread for staff attention with the modlook tag, as they are able to assist with [billing/refunds], but be patient.
How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question?

Hi there,
I see that the refund was processed on 6/13. It takes up to 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. So, it’ll be a few more days. but let us know if you do not see anything by the 10 business day.
Thanks!

I was told in the above post that my refund was processed on 6/13 yet I have not received it.
Please let me know what’s going on.
Thanks.

I checked and verified that we processed and released the funds back over to you. I would touch base with your bank and see if there is any transaction that they see for the refund. Let me know if they don’t find anything and I will touch base with our payments team to look further into this issue.
Thanks!

Thanks for looking. I just checked my bank statement again and there is no refund from WordPress. I have one from GoDaddy but that’s for a different amount and a different company – I assume it’s a different company. Anyway, no trace of the refund. Could you please consult with your payments team?
Thanks!

Hi there,
I confirmed with our payments team and the funds were released from us on 6/14. Since the payment was made in the US, you should’ve definitely received the refund back now. I was told that with some banks, when a refund is made the original charge just disappears instead of seeing a credit to the account. if you haven’t talked to an associate with your bank, I would definitely touch base and see if that is the case. We no longer have the funds on our end.
Keep me updated. Thanks.
