I just received an email that I was billed for auto-renewal. However, when I look in my account, it says I haven’t been charged. I want to refund and to close my account, but I’m not able to find any other that within my account settings.

To be able to see your Billing History you can have a look into this support guidelines Billing History
You can crosscheck if you have the transactions there. Also, you can then claim the refund by going here https://wordpress.com/me/purchasesIf you still have an issue, just make sure you are logged into the correct WordPress account.

I just received an email that I was billed for auto-renewal.
There are no upgrades owned by the account you are logged in to. What is the URL of the site you were billed for? Please don’t post any transaction details here, just a URL is fine. Once I know more, I’ll see what I can find.
