How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question

Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
• WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
• The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
• It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one. Depending on where you live it can take a little longer sometimes to be received by your bank. -
Howdy –
It can take up to ten days for the funds of a refund to reach your account. After that time, my suggestion is to contact your bank about any possible delays.
Your bank will also be able to tell you how the refund is going to be listed on your statement. Sometimes they do weird things, and don’t list it at all. Rather they just remove the original charge for example.
In this case, the domain registration portion of your refund is $26 of the $99 original purchase price. This bit was not flagged automatically to refund but I have manually processed it now. The $73 had already processed.
Let me know if you have any questions about this.

May I please make a request?I would like to see the 5-7 fays in the support doc at https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ replaced with words similar to the ones I use if possible.

Good morning –
Great suggestion, thank you for pointing that out. I’ve updated the phrasing on the guide.
