  Hi @teenvoice518, there was a disputed payment on your account. Unfortunately those can take a while to resolve. If you haven’t yet, please get in touch with your payment processor to cancel the dispute. We’ll be able to reinstate the site when they let us know the dispute was cleared, but that can take a few days. Thanks!

  WordPress charged the purchasing card, which was not mine. When the purchase was made less than 1 year ago, we did not opt for recuring charges.

  Being that the site was purchased less that 1 year ago, why was the charge in June and the site takend down. No bill was issued. Just an automated charge.

  The card that will be used this time will also be different and cannot be automatically charged.

  When you say a charge is fraudulent, it causes other issues that need resolution.

  We email several times before auto renewing, but even if you are charged unexpectedly, please ask and we’ll help get you sorted.

  In the meantime, please close the dispute so we can get this resolved. Thanks!

  I cannot close the dispute because it was not my card or my account. The first payment was part of a donation to the teen program….hence why we were intentional about making sure there was no recurring charge.

  I don’t know the person who donated personally and cannot contact them.

  I did not get any renew emails. All I have is an email that says thanks for payment…then I have an email about the dispute.

  Also, for fastest resolution (basically having us accept the chargeback – which creates a fee) you’ll just need to pay the fee, so we can reinstate the account:

  You would also need to take care of the domain renewal.
