Hello I was charged £85 I sent an email about 3 months ago requesting that my account was closed and my card information removed, I was able to log in just now so obviously my account was not closed, I was able to request a refund for something but only to the amount of £74 I would like my other £11 refunded as I did not request this to be charged, thanks

Hi @aframesite, we don’t have that request in the history here. I can see though that you canceled your upgrade now and received a refund for most of it already. I’ve refunded the rest.
