  why is the business plan double this year to upgrade

  Hi there,

  We haven’t doubled the plan’s price. You simply used a 50% coupon when you purchased it last year.

  I see that you canceled the plan already. If I can help you in any way please let me know.

  I didn’t cancel, it lapsed and it didn’t auto renew. I am in the proccess of renewing is there an additional discount for this year?

  Hi @sitepoweradmin,

  Plans and domains auto-renew one month prior to expiry to avoid service interruption. In this case, either this was disabled or your payment information needed updating.

  The good news is that you can purchase a Business plan again, and restore the site back to the as it was by going to Jetpack → Backup.
