  Can you confirm the URL of the site you need help with? Cause http://jlsservices.org/ is a self-hosted WordPress.org site (hosted by HostGator). These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  Your account has no billing history with us, as you’ve never purchased any upgrade with us. If this is regarding billing for your domain or hosting account, please contact your domain registrar or hosting provider directly.

  Can you please tag threads about billing issues for staff in future? That way we can actually check the user’s billing history. Thanks.
