  Hi,
  I’ve been billed twice in two months: 1/31 for $50.98 and 3/7 for $42.12, yet when I try to locate what it’s for, I’m told I have no site associated with anything. This doesn’t make sense to me. I just need some clarification and receipts. Respond to [REDACTED] or call [REDACTED].

  NEVER put a phone number on a public forum unless you want to be flooded by spammers and scammers. Anyone calling claiming to be from wordpress.com is a fraude as wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support.

  Didn’t realize it was a forum. Thought I was reaching out to customer support!

  I still am unable to obtain a receipt. When I try, I am greeted with a page that shows the last transaction was 10/2020.
