Billing – Website not working at Bluehost
-
I have an account for my website with Bluehost and my website bilindablume.com is down right now. When I go onto Bluehost it says to go to WordPress and when I go there it has a bill that’s due for 900 pesos. I wanted to know first if my account is closed and that is affecting my website. Second why am I being billed in pesos when I am from America and have paid that way? Could you please let me know if the reason bilindablume.com which I thought I owned is down because I owe 45 American dollars or if there’s another issue. Also in that bill where it says I owe 900 pesos it says that it is for a domain transfer. I thought I purchased the domain. I need help as soon as possible as my site is down.

Hi,
My above website is not working which I do not understand why. When I go to my cart it says ‘bilindablume.com
990 ₱
Domain Transfer’ Why do I have to pay 990 pesos when I am in the USA & why do I have to transfer my domain. Can you please explain this to me?WP.com: Unknown

I have changed your account’s currency, but it looks like http://bilindablume.com/ is hosted with Bluehost, not us.
Are you trying to move the domain to a site here with? If so, we have two ways you can use a domain you already own with a site hosted here:
Domain Connection allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
A transfer would allow you to manage both your site and domain from the same place: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

You already got answered 24 hours ago but it seems you never followed up, https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/website-not-working-186/

Hi @bilindablume, just to sum it up:
– The problem you’re seeing appears to be something with your domain or hosting, which are through Bluehost. Can you contact them as soon as possible?
– We are a separate host. While you’d be welcome to move your site here if you’d like, Bluehost will be your best bet for resolving this issue, as it seems to be something with the domain or hosting configuration on their side. We did change your currency to USD, though, in case you do want to buy hosting from us.
Hoping this helps!

Also, just to help make the issue clearer, I’ve merged your two threads together into this one. Please respond here if you have more questions from us.
Cheers!
