  Today I was billed for an auto renewed site that I no longer use. I want to cancel that charge and get my money back asap. How do I do that?

  Hi sdusseault,

  Your account shows the plan has already been cancelled and we have issued a full refund. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so the money should reach you around that time.

  No. My account shows that I will be refunded for $9.98. After following the “refund” directions that’s all I had the option to request.

  That’s only a partial refund because I received an invoice today saying I was being charged $35.88.

  I want to cancel the full amount but wasn’t given an option.

  Hi sdusseault,

  There are two refund receipts in your Billing History:

  • $-9.88 on 26th March 2018
  • $-26.00 on 26th March 2018

  Together they add up to the total cost of the Personal plan ($35.88). Do you see both receipts there?
