i was charged $35.88 to my debit card. I went to the website and logged in but it shows nothing was charged. I must have made another account that is what is being charged but i dont know what my account is. I need someone to tell me what account i have that is being charged so i can delete it.

If you are logged in under the wrong username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies before logging into it. Then check your Billing History page https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/
If you are not the person with the username account that purchased the original domain mapping upgrade contact theme and tell them to act on this.

This maybe helpful too Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

Yea tried all of it not working i need to speak to someone over the phone. When i track the order it takes me to my account i havent used in years and shows no repiept and no history of any purchases ever.
