I just was billed $300 for auto renew and I absolutely cannot afford that right now. I never even use my website. I just need to go back to the inexpensive version. Is there a way I can be refunded and cancel that version? Please!

You might perhaps want to take a look at our page on WordPress.com support options yourself, and also at our volunteers guide which says to tag threads like this for staff, as @shubhamgmath did when he replied.
