  We would like to go premium with a business account for $299 for a year. Can you bill us? If so, can you e-mail us a bill to (email visible only to moderators and staff) or by mail to 5501 Cambridge Club Circle, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.

  I have never seen the staff agree to invoicing or billing –

  Other related options, Debit Card, pre-paid debit card, PayPal – there was a reference to echecks but I have no clue how they work
