  how come my card was charged $20.11 several times in addition to my billed charge of $99?

  Hi there, I’ve tagged this thread for Staff assistance, but you should be able to enter those charges in our “why was I charged” website at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to see the source of those charges.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. I can see you’ve added a card manually via the Billing History page, but we have never charged that card for any upgrades on this account.

  The Premium Plan on your site belongs to a different account, danfleishaker, but I also see no other charges on that account beyond the $99 renewal charge on 27 June for which we emailed you a receipt.

  What does the statement descriptor for those $20 charges say? If that charge was from us it would say WORDPRESS (or one of our other products like Jetpack or WooCommerce), followed by a unique code and our billing voicemail number. If it does not say that, we didn’t make those charges.

  If the statement descriptor does indicate it’s from us, please let me know but don’t post the unique code here in the forums.
