I was not intending to renew this account, but it auto renewed. How do I fix that.

The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com, so it sounds like you may have another account. Can you send a link to the site you didn’t want to renew? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here, a site link is all I need for now.

Then it looks like you need to log in to the correct account that created the site and return to this thread. Is it wenokur ?

When you reply from the correct account @gemmacevans will be able to refund your auto-renewal. -

@themagicrobot is correct. That site is owned by wenokur.
Can you log out, then log in as that user?
If not, you can also use your recent payment info and the secure form over at wpchrg.com to get in touch. We can still provide a refund at this point, it’s just that we have to ensure the request came from the same person who set up wenokur.
