    I’m new to this and don’t understand why I’m paying for a yearly subscription when I haven’t built a site yet.

    Hi chrisrapchuk,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades yet — epicdetailingcom.wordpress.com is currently using the free plan.

    Could you try logging out of chrisrapchuk, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to? If you have any trouble, it would be great if you could send a link to the site you paid to upgrade. Please do not share any transaction IDs as these forums are a public place and any information shared here can be indexed by search engines.
