  I was charged in my Bussines account in Bank of America. How can I contact billing department to ask about that?

  I don’t see any charges ever made to the account you’re contacting from.

  Can you please verify that those charges are from WordPress.com by using this tool:

  Why was I charged?

  If the charges are made to a WordPress.com account please retrieve the transaction ID from your bank statement by following these instructions:
