  Hello, I was billed today from wordpress.com (transaction ID: redacted). I think this is for a site that I opened for a family friend last year, but is not active anymore. I don’t know what mail is associated with this account, and I need to request a refund.

  Hi @sjos6875, I see this is marked as resolved, and checking on the transaction id you provided, I see that a refund was issued.
