    hello charges have been taken on my credit card without my authorization, I would like to be reimbursed and also to understand why these charges and why on the wordpress account I can not find the receipt. 17$

    The account you’re using to post here owns no sites on WordPress.com, and has never bought anything from us. Additionally this account is only three months old – for an automatic renewal to go through on your account it would need to have been active for at least 11 months. We also do not sell any upgrades that cost $17 (assuming that’s US$).

    Do you have any other WordPress.com accounts for which the charge might have been made? Or if you own a WordPress.com site or domain, can you please provide the URL?

    If you did buy a WordPress.com upgrade with another account at some point, you agreed to our renewal terms which state that all upgrades renew automatically each year.

    We would have sent you a reminder of the upcoming renewal at least 30 days before the renewal took place. This reminder would have been sent to the email address connected to the account that was charged.
