    Hi, I see that I was charged for a plan however I my site stay that I am on a ‘free’ plan. I am confused. Can you help me understand what I was charged for ?

    Hi tracytemmel,

    I’ve checked your account and there are no recent charges (the last one was in 2015), which suggests you used a different account.

    What is the address of the site you paid up upgrade? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here, the site address is all I need for now.

    You could try logging out of WordPress.com, then logging back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. The upgrade should be listed on the Manage Purchases page in that account.
