  Hello you recently refunded me $48 on 10/17/18 but looked today and another $48 was charged. I would like some clarification and a refund if it was taken out. Thank you

  I see no charges on your account for 17 October. I do see a charge for 27 October which has already been refunded, with no charges since then. The charge you’re seeing is most likely a transaction indicating the refund on your bank statement, not a new charge. Please follow up with your financial institution to confirm that.
