You created this account minutes ago. To assist you, staff will need to know which account/site address has been charged. If you can log in to the correct account you’d be able to see more details under “manage purchases”. Anyway as it is a billing issue I have added a modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could reply to you.

I’m happy to help. As mentioned, we need to figure out which account the charge was created under. It’s not the one that you are using here.
Did you receive an emailed receipt notification? Try signing in to WordPress.com with that email address. Or let me know which site is mentioned in that notification.
