Hi there. I have been charged a number of billings – however, these do not show in my billing history. Additionally I would only like to keep and work on my one site one site and delete all other sites and not pay for any of them and have this billing end please. For now. If I choose premium at a later date, great. but not now.

If you’ve found a charge from WordPress.com that you do not recognize or would like a receipt, you can enter your transaction details here:
Staff can also help you in tracking the charge if you could post the website address for which the payment was done.
Please do not post the transaction id or any other personal information as these forums are public and are indexed by the search engines.If the charge is from WordPress.com, the transaction description on your credit card statement will show “WORDPRESS”, followed by a code.

The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never bought anything from us. We don’t even have credit card details on file for you, so there is no way we could have charged you for anything.
The only site I see in your account is http://box2002.temp.domains/~shannqv1, which is a staging domain for a self-hosted WordPress site hosted by Bluehost. You would have paid Bluehost for a hosting plan to get that site, so please check if the charges were perhaps for them.
The only plan you can buy from us for that site is a Jetpack plan, which enables the security and backup features of the Jetpack plugin that connects that site to WordPress.com:
If you’re speaking about another site/sites that is hosted on WordPress.com, that site(s) belong to a different username account than the one you’re currently logged into. If you can tell me the address of the site I can help you figure out which account that is.
