  I have a free plan (that’s what it says at least) and I just got billed $48. I am a bit confused. Please help. I never use this platform and didn’t know It was active anymore as it’s been years. Please help? I don’t really want to pay for something I haven’t used more than once. Thanks. Krista

  I don’t see any charges to the account you’re contacting us from. Can you please check with the following tool if that charge is from us?
