I was only refunded $18 when I would like to refunded the full $48. I was not told of the charge before it hit my account and was completely taken off guard. I would like to speak to someone. I am highly upset. Thank you.

Hi there,
You must have received refund for the non-domain portion of your plan. You will get remaining refund as well if you have asked for refund within 30 days of purchase of plan.

Happy to help get this sorted. Can you tell me more about your plans for misodaily.blog?
If there’s any chance you’d like to use that again in the future we need to secure ownership now. Once the domain is cancelled it can be impossible to regain that ownership.
