    I was not notified that my account was being renewed and was not aware that it would automatically renew and take the money from my bank account. I am not using my wordpress account anymore and $120 AUD has been taken from my account, I would like a refund please. And how long will this take?

    Hi thatgirlyblogsoc,

    Your account shows we issued a refund on 29th November 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    It usually takes 5-10 business days for a refund to show on your statement but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.

    I noticed you are also being helped by email — please reply there and confirm whether the domain is still needed so they can take care of the remaining refund.
