Hi there, I haven’t used my account well over a year and was just charged 48$ for the next year. One, I didn’t get any warning about that bill. Secondly, I’m unsure why I got charged because I don’t have premium or have my card info saved. I did follow the steps for the refund option through my profile and going to manage payments but it said that I had a basic profile. So I’m very confused and would love to be refunded and have my account cancelled.

More info from you on the charge, such as the URL of the site it was associated with, the last four digits on the card, the type of card (Visa, MasterCard, etc), the date of the charge, and the name on the card would be helpful. This will help us to dig into this further.
