    I am trying to see how I am paying for my website. I’m subscribed to the $8/month plan but there is no credit card linked with the account … not sure how it’s being paid for.

    Thank you! That makes sense based on our records. Two things:

    1) Am I able to receive an invoice for last year’s subscription?

    2) We would like to switch the payment to a new credit card. How do I go about doing that?

    @dknisley2014 is no longer an administrator so we are trying to change it over.

    Do you have the login credentials for the @dknisley2014 account? You can only update the credit card information and access billing info from under the account that paid for the upgrades. If you do have access to that account, you can log into their account to access invoices here:

    You can also update the credit card information while under the account:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/

    If you are no longer using that account and want to transfer over the upgrades so that it is easier for you to update credit card information and access billing info, you can transfer the domain over to whoever the new admin is:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

    You can also post in this thread under @dknisley2014 to verify ownership and I can move the plan subscription over to the account of your choice for you. I cannot move the domain subscription however, only the owner of the domain can – but, let me know if you have any questions regarding the instructions in the support doc above.

    We don’t have the login credentials and the email that was associated with the account has since been deactivated. It was someone who used to be on our staff but has since moved on…

    Any way I can just be sent the login credentials and change the credit card over myself?
