  Hi supremerealestateprevention,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t been used to purchase any upgrades on WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you need help with? Please do not share any card details or transaction ID’s here as these forums are a public place — a site address is the only information I need for now.

  Are you able to log out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt was sent to? If you reply here afterwards, I can check which upgrades are owned by that account.
