  Good morning, I received an email informing me that my WordPress Personal plan and domain name ‘millartists.blog’ will renew in 30 days. When I come to the wordpress.com website ‘manage purchases’, I don’t have any to manage. I don’t want to renew, and if you hold any payment details, I would like them removed. Many thanks FBowie

  Hi! It looks like you’ve just got more than one account, and this one doesn’t have any upgrades.

  Are you able to log in as user millartists ? You should be able to use the same email address that the notification was delivered to.

  I don’t have record of having more than one account.
