  I’ve been billed $66.00 and want to dispute. I don’t have a site with you that I can find.

  There are no charges listed on the account you are contacting us from, so please try entering the payment details into the “Why was I charged?” form here:

  If you don’t recognise the charge, please do not post any transaction IDs on these public forums. You can use the Contact Support » link to contact our payments team directly and they will be happy to look into this for you.

  I recommend against disputing the charge with your card provider as this will create a chargeback and lock the payment from our side — which means it will take longer for us to help.
