  I am trying to renew my subscription and after I put the credit card info in, it says invalid postal code. I don’t have any saved card info on file so I don’t know what to do. Please help.

  Hi Joy,

  That typically indicates that your ZIP code isn’t complete. Are you entering the five digit ZIP code that is used for the billing address for your credit card?
