Hi, I have an account set up under my old email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff) I have been billed recently and no longer use the website or wish to be billed. I don’t know how to communicate with you to cancel this and I have forgotten my password for the above heskethhenry email address. Please help!

We can only cancel upgrades and issue a refund if requested by the account that owns the upgrades in question. Please use that email address to reset the password for the other account, allowing you to log in.
