I was recently just charged $114 and would like to know what i was charged for. -

If you are charged for something for the account you are using here to post,
You can see your billing history here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
You will be able to see what plan or upgrade you were billed for.Once you find out what you were billed for you can manage your purchases for a refund or cancellation if necessary here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchasesIf you fail to find a billing history with a charge of $114 from this account, please log in to the current account and follow the same instructions.

There aren’t any charges associated with the account you’ve used to contact us. If that charge is from WordPress.com then it is from a different user account.
Please try signing in to the correct account and post back here. Then we can take a look at refund eligibility.
There’s also an email notification sent anytime a charge is processed. That’s the email address that you need to sign in at WordPress.com with. That email also says which site the charge is connected too.
