  I would like to get receipts for 2018 for income tax purposes please. I tried in billing history but the request is not working. Thank you.

  Hi lyllb2gmailcom,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t been used to purchase any upgrades through WordPress.com. Can you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to?

  Once logged into the correct account, you should be able to view or email yourself copies of receipts from Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Please let me know if you have any trouble but not share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums.
