    cancel auto renew and get refund. how???

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites or purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com.

    What is the address of the site you would a refund for? Please don’t post any transaction IDs or card details here, a site address is the only information I need.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of WordPress.com and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. Once logged in to the correct account, you should be able to manage the upgrades from the Manage Purchases page.
