  I was charged by WordPress a subscription fee, but I’m not sure which website it’s for. Please help.

  Just to add — the upgrades for ikandco.com are owned by another user of the site.

  If the “Why Was I Charged?” form @staartmees linked to confirms the charge was for that site, you’ll need to login using the email address the purchase receipt was sent to (they should be listed on the Manage Purchases page in that account).

  If it doesn’t, the Contact Support » link on the right of that form can be used to contact our payments team directly.
